I live in Chico and I was looking to send some flowers to a very deserving care provider of mine at UC Davis Med Center. I googled “florists in Sacramento” and it came back with a different florist. I booked on a Friday with them for a Monday delivery and when Monday evening came around I found out they didn’t fulfill my confirmed order. Needless to say I was very upset but the most important thing was to find a florist that would follow through and get a lovely arrangement over to my care provider ASAP! I jumped back on google and found rave reviews for Raquel’s and was immediately reassured this is who I needed to go with. I ordered, got confirmation and updates along the way and even a call prior to them heading out to the Med center to confirm info. I had accidentally somehow put in the wrong area code which the associate on the phone asked about and wanted to adjust my delivery fee to a lower amount since it wasn’t going to the area code I had mistakingly listed in the order. That blew me away that they were so honest about that! I told them to keep the extra as a tip for being so honest and providing amazing customer service! I got a rave review of the arrangement delivered to my care provider (it really brightened her day) and I am pleased to say my experience was nothing short of completely wonderful!
