So I went in to Raquels to get a birthday bouquet done and as soon I walked in I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The owner Edgard helped me with trying to figure out how many tulips would fit in the size vase's I bought, oh yeah, he let me bring my own vases to use AND let me add a gift as well!! Anyway he helped me figure out what would look best and he ended up creating a beautiful bouquet of tulips!!! When it came to delivery, he went the first time no one was home then he went back a second time after they had closed to make sure delivery was made the same day!!! They still weren’t home so he had to leave them, but the fact that he was willing to back and possibly go to a different address if needed was the best service I could ask for!! You have a customer for life!!! Thank you again
