I Live in Los Angeles and I called Racquels Florist. Other flower companies would not deliver to Sutter Health due to the flowers not getting to the patients. So when I called I asked them to text the father and had him come and retrieve the flowers at the front desk, They were super happy to accommodate and kept me aware of the delivery progress via email. I live about 300 miles from her, so have no knowledge of florists in her area.
